Do you accept returns or refunds?

We currently do not accept any returns or refunds. If you received a product you believe is faulty please reach out to our support email (dougtownshelp@gmail.com) with all details and photos, along with your order number, to receive a replacement product free of charge! Thank you.
How long will shipping take?

The average shipping time is 2-3 weeks for production plus standard 3-5 day shipping. Currently Doug Townson merch is a one man operation completing everything in-house by hand. In the future we expect to expand both staff and equipment to meet reasonable time frames as our sales grow. We thank you for all patience and understanding as we get this project started!
